I started my career behind the wheel, and that experience shaped everything that came after it. Having worked my way up through the driving sector, I understand transport from the ground up — and that operational grounding is what I bring to every compliance, fleet, and logistics challenge I work on today.
As a Transport & Logistics Specialist, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and International CPC Holder, I conduct transport compliance audits that examine operations against regulatory and ISO standards — pinpointing where businesses are exposed, where processes are breaking down, and what needs to change before an enforcement visit does it for them.
I also work as a DVSA-authorised auditor through Competence Assurance Solutions, conducting independent audits of Driver CPC Centres and periodic training courses — bringing professional scrutiny to training quality and standards across the industry.
I don't have all the answers, but I know how to find them. A growth mindset and a positive approach to problem-solving are at the core of everything I do — because the best solutions come from staying curious, staying humble, and never assuming the current way is the only way.
